Incredible freshness in every dish. The crispy skin salmon from the local cold springs and the highland vegetable broth were clean, complex, and comforting after trekking Mount Fansipan.
The interior architecture is gorgeous with dark timber and warm lighting. Every plate feels thoughtful and generous. Do not miss the burnt butter pumpkin soup and the delicate mulberry tart!
From the warm sourdough with mountain herb butter to the tender black pork tenderloin, every bite was perfection. Sitting by the panoramic windows watching the fog roll in was unforgettable.
